When to Call us

Most clients reach out when something feels off, but isn’t easy to explain yet. These are the two situations where Kumiho is most useful:

BEFORE EXECUTION BEGINS

A contract, award, or mandate exists. No one has made it executable yet. The clock is running; roles aren’t defined, governance isn’t in place, and the pressure to just start building is already mounting.


We step in early to stand up the structure required for delivery:

  • Define roles, governance, and vendor coordination
  • Align contract intent with operational reality
  • Establish a clear execution path before work begins 


Typical engagement: 2-4 week structured stand-up resulting in a defined execution model the team can immediately operate against. 


Best for: new awards, contract kickoffs, program transitions, change management

WHEN DELIVERY IS BREAKING DOWN

Work is in motion. The program isn’t moving the way it should. Progress exists but outcomes don’t. We find the actual fracture point, not the visible one, and rebuild around what is still working.


We identify the true fracture point and stabilize the program without disrupting what’s already working:

  • Diagnose misalignment across contract, stakeholders, and delivery
  • Re-anchor execution to what the program actually requires
  • Restore forward momentum with minimal reset

Typical engagement: Rapid stabilization effort (2–6 weeks) with a clear recovery path and realigned delivery structure.
